Your CRM Is Not The Problem

Fourth platform, same result

We hear a version of this every week. New CRM, clean data for two weeks, then the office manager goes back to a legal pad and the pipeline turns into a graveyard.

The software did not fail. Nobody ever defined what happens after a lead comes in.

Define the path before you buy the tool

  • What happens in the first sixty seconds?
  • Who owns the lead if the first person does not pick up?
  • How many times do you follow up, on which channels, before you stop?
  • What marks a lead dead?

Write those four answers down. If you cannot, no platform will save you.

Then automate the boring parts

Once the path exists, the tool is just plumbing. The text back, the reminder, the review request, the follow-up on day three and day seven — none of that needs a human deciding each time.

That is the whole job. Build the path, then take your hands off it.

Two ways in

Pick the door that matches your problem. One is a full managed lead system with a conversation first. The other is a website you can start this week.
