Spring hits and a pond company gets buried. Installs, cleanouts, algae panic, a guy whose koi are floating. All of it arrives in eight weeks.
We missed calls. We forgot to follow up on estimates. We found a voicemail from a forty thousand dollar job nine days after it came in.
What we built
First it was a text back on missed calls. Then a shared inbox so nothing lived on one phone. Then follow-up sequences for estimates that were sitting cold.
None of it was clever. It just ran every single time, which is more than we could say for ourselves in June.
Why we do it for other people now
Other contractors saw the setup and asked for it. Turns out the plumber, the HVAC guy, and the landscaper all have the same problem we did.
We are not software people who studied your industry. We ran the truck.
